VISCERA CLEANUP DETAIL-FEATURED

RuneStorm and Flying Wild Hog recently announced a free, standalone mini-game, Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior, that takes place after Lo Wang’s first big katana battle against the yakuza in Shadow Warrior.

Gamers will play a janitor from Zilla Enterprises in Viscera Cleanup Detail. Armed with a custom mop, plastic gloves, a viscera finder, a bucket and an industrial incinerator, gamers, as the janitor, will be tasked with cleaning up the blood, guts and dismembered limbs left behind after Lo’s gory battle.

For those thinking cleanup will be as simple as mopping up some bloodstains and popping some organs into a bucket, think again. Budding janitors will need to strategize their cleaning sessions or face the consequences. As in real life (well, real life for crime scene cleaning crews anyways), failing to thoroughly clean an area will result in tracking bloody footprints over previously cleaned floors or knocking over gory buckets. Skilled completion of cleanup jobs will net gamers two new achievements.

Viscera Cleanup Detail is now available free to all owners of Shadow Warrior on Steam, GOG and other PC game retailers.

Video of in-game gameplay can be viewed below:
