Individual prices for each DLC pack are to be determined, but the season pass will be available for purchase at launch date. Fans can purchase the season pass for $9.99.

In addition to the season pass price and contents, the voice cast has been revealed. Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes has a great assemblage of voice talent including Robin Atkins Downes as Travis Touchdown, Steve Blum as Badman, Kimberly Brooks as Shinobu Jacobs, Kathryn Fiore as Bad Girl, and Greg Ellis as stage boss, Brain Buster Jr.

Taking place several years after the events of No More Heroes 2, Travis lives in a trailer in the American South doing a whole lot of nothing. That is until Badman tracks him down looking to get his revenge for the murder of his daughter, Bad Girl at Travis’ hands.

The simple act of revenge takes a left turn when the two are sucked into the “Death Drive MK-II.” Developed by Dr. Juvenile, the legendary console has six games contained in “Death Balls.”

It is said anyone who can defeat the six games and claim the “Death Balls” will have their wish granted. Naturally, Badman and Travis team up to claim the “Death Balls” to resurrect Bad Girl.

Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes releases exclusively for Nintendo Switch on January 18, 2019. The digital version will be available for $29.99 and the physical edition, which includes the season pass retails for $39.99.

Our Take

We’ve been excited for Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes since it was announced during the Nindies promo last year. Speaking with Suda51 shortly after its announcement at PAX West only served to whet our appetite. The reveal of the season pass content and pricing is super cool because the additional characters should give players plenty of reasons to fire the game back up. We can’t wait to check it out come January.
