The Walking Dead Season Two Begins With All That Remains

Telltale Games announced the release this week of All That Remains, the first of five installments for season two of The Walking Dead. All That Remains has been made available through PSN, Xbox Games Store, PC, Mac, Steam and the App Store for select IOS devices.

The remaining four episodes that comprise season two of The Walking Dead will be released throughout 2014. Season two will continue the story of Clementine, a popular character in season one. Clementine is a young girl who loses the last of her innocence at the end of season one. The loss of her surrogate father figure and a fellow survivor and friend changes Clementine’s previously idealistic view of the zombie apocalypse. Season two will dive deeper into Clementine’s place in a post-apocalyptic, zombie infested world. Gamers will further explore the world of The Walking Dead as a character that is a relative underdog in the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse.

Quick Take

Season two of The Walking Dead is sure to be filled with tense and thrilling moments. Telltale has thus far done an amazing job in making their games more than just a few hours of mindless entertainment. Characters in Telltale games are diverse and well-developed. As a result, it’s hard not to become emotionally attached to them. It is Telltale’s ability to create flawed and wonderful characters as well as hire talented actors to voice them that makes Telltale games so worthwhile to play.
