2K Studios announced Arnold Schwarzenegger will be included as a playable wrestler in the upcoming WWE 2K16. Portraying his iconic character, the Terminator, his virtual counterpart will be added to the roster for those who pre-order the game before its Oct. 27 release for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
Schwarzenegger’s inclusion as the famous cyborg was made following his recent induction to the WWE Hall of Fame. He will join a roster of more than 120 wrestlers, one of the largest in the history of WWE games.
A trailer recreating the famous pool hall scene from the 1991 film Terminator 2: Judgement Day was also made to promote the announcement. In the video, Arnold reprises his famous role as the T-800 Terminator model with WWE superstars taking the place of the many of the scene’s other characters.
The character will have two costume variations. Players can choose to make Terminator look as he did from the 1984 Terminator film or the 1991 sequel.

While it’s definitely one of the most strange pre-order bonuses in the history of gaming, professional wrestling doesn’t shy away from shameless promotions that result in odd crossovers. After all, Robocop did come to the aid of Sting in 1990 at the WCW pay-per-view Capital Combat. It’s fair the Terminator should now get a turn.
