The King’s Bird Launches Today on PC

Graffiti Games and Serenity Forge released The King’s Bird today on Steam for $19.99.

The King’s Bird is a momentum-driven platformer that allows its young lady protagonist to use aerial maneuvers to navigate an ethereal world effortlessly. She can dash, glide, and flow with precision as grace as she avoids hazards and discover the mysteries around her.

Explore a cryptic cruel ruled by a cruel tyrant who prefers to keep it a secret as you run, jump and fly through forgotten kingdoms. It is through flight that players can overcome challenges and discover the truth about their freedom.

The King’s Bird is available now on Steam.

Its fluid gameplay and wordless story allows for a seamless experience on both the ground and in the air as you zone out to the game’s zen-like score. The world is populated by birds and other creatures that allows players to appreciate the world’s focus on nature and movement.

While The King’s Bird is about precision, players can choose their own difficulty and challenge. The game’s fluid controls allow it to be accessible to a variety of players regardless of their platforming skills. It also has an Assist Mode that helps remove some roadblocks like flight limitations to create a more relaxing experience.

The King’s Bird looks absolutely gorgeous with sumptuous visuals and fluid animations that make its momentum-based gameplay look smooth as hell. For any PC gamers, definitely give this a look if you’re looking for a new platformer to tackle.

Console gamers shouldn’t feel left out though, The King’s Bird launches early 2019 on consoles. You just have to wait a bit, which sucks because did you see that trailer?
