As expected, Fallout 4 was a major part of Bethesda‘s press conference at E3 2015. Bethesda revealed the game will release Nov. 10, and the first details of the game were officially unveiled, including some of the development team’s concept art.
The retro-inspired futuristic setting is on display. That future includes the making of the Pip-Boy, the Fallout franchise’s famous tool.
Fallout 4 takes place in a stylized version of Boston, which appeared to be a nice place before a disastrous event takes place. Residents appear to be living out the American Dream.
After the blast, we see the fallout of the destructive event. It has left behind a world that is destroyed, but there is still beauty to find in the environment. Unfortunately, it is also a new, dangerous world.
In order to face the outside world and the enemies lurking in it, players will need to scavenge items and build powerful weaponry.
Bethesda’s press conference contained much more details on Fallout 4. The press conference from E3 2015 can be viewed here.
