Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Coming November

Nintendo finally revealed Super Smash Bros. for Wii U will launch Nov. 21 in North America.
A special GameCube controller adapter and Smash Bros.-themed GameCube controller will release alongside the highly anticipated title. The adapter allows for up to four original GameCube controllers, Wavebirds or new Smash Bros. controllers to be used with the game for Wii U.

Those looking for a deal can pick up the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U bundle, which includes the game, adapter and one Smash Bros.-themed controller for $99.99. The controller adapter will only be compatible with Super Smash Bros. for Wii U at this time.
Super Smash Bros. for 3DS experienced an impressive launch, selling 2.8 million units worldwide.
Nintendo is throwing a Super Smash Bros. for 3DS National Open Tournament in New York to celebrate the 3DS version’s successful launch. It features 16 players who won regional tournaments held around the country. To catch the events, tune into the live broadcast on Nintendo’s Twitch and YouTube channels at 6 p.m. ET on Oct. 11.
As novel as playing Smash Bros. on the go is, the proper way to play is on a console with a proper C-Stick. With a November release date locked in, Wii U owners can look longingly at their Wii U, while others can finally decide if a Wii U is worth buying.
