Steam Summer Sale in Full Swing

/ Jun 23rd, 2016 No Comments

Are you a PC Gamer? Do you have a weird superiority complex because of it? Well, don’t expect that to change with the Steam Summer Sale.

There are some excellent deals that include big savings on blockbuster games and indie games at a fraction of their original cost. You can purchase Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3 at 50 percent off their regular prices. DOOM and Grand Theft Auto V can be enjoyed for 40 percent off their original prices.

A couple things make this sale different from previous Steam sales. First off, Valve has put some of its hardware on sale. Both the Steam controller and the Steam Link are available at 30 percent off. This also marks the first time in recent memory that there have not been any daily sales or flash sales during the seasonal Steam price reductions. The sale prices you see today will be the sale prices you see up until July 4, the day the sale ends.

If you’re a PC gamer or looking to become one, you may want to check out some of these offers. There’s obviously not extensive availability when it comes to pre-owned games for PCs like with consoles. So the Steam Summer Sale is definitely the way to bolster your collection if you are looking to do it. However, Steam sales have become renowned over the years due to the fact that players’ eyes light up at deep discounts, purchase a lot of games, and have them sit in their Steam libraries unplayed for weeks or even months.
