Saints Row 4 Commander in Chief Edition will be available as a free upgrade for anyone who pre-orders Saints Row 4, Deep Silver announced.

The Commander in Chief pre-order edition of Saints Row 4 includes a Screaming Eagle jet that fires rockets out of its talons and has the Sonic Scream ability to daze enemies.

It also comes with the ‘Merica weapon, which consists of flamethrowers, ulta-powered dub step guns and rocket launchers. In addition, pre-orders will receive a limited edition Uncle Sam costume for use in the game.

Developed by Volition and now published by Deep Silver, Saints Row 4 features a Saint as president of the U.S. Players must protect the planet from an alien invasion in a virtual edition of Steelport. In the unreal version of the city, players will be able to gain superhuman abilities and perform tasks not possible in the real virtual world of Steelport.

Saints Row 4 Commander in Chief Edition is a pre-order bonus available as a free upgrade for purchasing the game before its release. The game will maintain its price at $59.99 for the console version and $49.99 for the PC version.

Saints Row 4 is set to release Aug. 20 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
