ROCCAT Savu Mid-Size Hybrid Gaming Mouse Announced

Announced today was the new ROCCAT Savu mid-size hybrid gaming mouse. The self-proclaimed kings of optical mice, ROCCAT, proudly released their newest device. The ROCCAT Savu Mid-size hybrid gaming mouse is jam packed with features that would please any gamer. ROCCAT has been making gaming devices for PCs, ranging from mice and keyboards, to sound and accessories to help give gamers the edge. ROCCAT has even started making Gaming Notebooks. This hybrid gaming mouse looks to be packed with new features that would intrigue stat tracking gamers and even hardcore gamers looking for that mouse to help them in their preferred lighting fast FPS games.

This mouse is built to last, as it is super rugged, perfectly balanced and sports the medium design. The ROCCAT Savu is built with some of the toughest materials; the internals are built from some precious electronics with quality in mind. It is coated with special perspiration-resistant side grips called “No Sweat” that give the user the “cool hand” over there opponents. They have even taken the extra step to make the scroll wheel give you a strong feedback when you scroll for precise scrolling when you are in the heat of battle. Not only does it offer you serious comfort, but it also looks flashy with custom lighting system on the rear to offer an over the top 16.6 million different color options. With all this going for it on the exterior, they only went with the best for the guts of this mouse.

Inside of this visually stimulating mouse you have some of the most precise components to make up the Savu mid-size gaming mouse. ROCCAT has included in the box the ROCCAT Driver, ROCCAT Macro Manager, Easy-shift technology and even a Pro Optic R3 sensor. The ROCCAT Driver gives you many different options. It gives you an abundance of easily tuned settings, sound feedback and even gives you the option to create five profiles to save to your mouse. The ROCCAT Macro Manager lets you customize all your macro settings with pin-point accuracy. Easy-shift technology gives you two functions per mouse button. This just adds to the custom ability to the Savu mid-size hybrid gaming mouse. To top it all off they added a Pro Optic R3 sensor, it is fully customizable DPI ranging from 400 to 4000 DPI to give optimal accuracy when getting that enemy in your cross-hairs.

ROCCAT added there ROCCAT Achievement Display, or R.A.D as another means of adding value to the product. It’s a fun application that is going to track and reward you for a feat while playing your games. It will give you achievements just based off of the mouse movements, usage of buttons and usage of the scroll key. It records all your milestones though the ROCCAT Driver and tracks your stats and rewards you with trophies. They even always you to share your trophies with your friends.
