Razer Mamba Chroma

At E3 2015, Razer unveiled the new Razer Mamba and Razer Mamba Tournament Edition gaming mice. The new line of gaming mice feature Razer Chroma technology, allowing users to light up the mouse with more than 16.8 million customizable colors.

The new Mamba features Adjustable Click Force Technology, which allows users to set the level of force needed to click the left and right mouse buttons. This is especially users for PC gamers who switch between game genres. First-person shooters typically will want to use more forceful clicks than those playing fast-paced MOBAs. The mouse has 14 different settings for click force.

A 5G laser sensor tracks up to 16,000 DPI, and has the ability to track up to 1 DPI increments. This sensor is designed to work with ultra-high resolution monitors and gamers using multiple displays. The precise aim and tracking cuts jittering and stuttering.

It is a wireless mouse that also can be used with a wired setting.

The Razer Mamba Tournament Edition is a wired version of the mouse built with eSports in mind. It comes with similar features and an ergonomic design aimed to feel natural with the hand.

Both mice will be available soon. The Razer Mamba will be priced at $149.99, while the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition will retail at $89.99.

Quick Take

The Razer Mamba was the company’s biggest reveal at E3 2015. The gaming mouse is the perfect addition to any Razer hardware stock, and the Chroma will work nicely with a keyboard and mouse mat to create a responsive light show.
