Project Cars 3 will release this summer for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, developer Slightly Mad announced. As part of its reveal, Slightly Mad released a trailer for the game, which can be viewed below.
The Project Cars series is best known for its excruciating attention to detail, with realistic vehicles and beautiful graphics. However, previous incarnations have lacked the features of modern racing sims. This time around, the developer will focus on making the game accessible for all types of players, according to an interview with GamesRadar.
Project Cars 3 will include a rebuilt career mode with a progression system that gradually introduces players to different cars, tracks, skills and rewards. As you progress through ten car classes, you earn XP and unlock access to new car parts and events.
At the same time, Project Cars 3 will give its core fans what they love about the franchise, including a customizable sandbox, meticulously recreated vehicles, and loads of tracks and weather conditions.
