Following a price cut in September, Nintendo is looking to pack even more value into the Wii U by offering a bundle that comes packaged with both New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U for the low price of $299.99. This Wii U Deluxe model will be available for purchase on Nov. 1 and replaces the existing Deluxe model which included Nintendo Land.
Nintendo will continue to sell the Wii U Deluxe bundle that comes with a download code for The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker HD for the same price. The Zelda bundle also comes packaged with a Zelda themed GamePad controller as well as a digital copy of Hyrule Historia.
[adsense250itp]New Super Mario Bros. U is the latest platforming adventuring in the New Super Mario Bros. Series and features four player simultaneous co-operative play. New Super Luigi was originally released as both an add-on pack for New Super Mario Bros. U and as a standalone title. It features a brand new game starring Mario’s brother Luigi along with a brand new character called Nabbit.
Quick Take
For those that have not yet purchased a Wii U, Nov. 1 will be a good time to consider it. With this bundle, the recent price drop, and plenty of games on the horizon, the Wii U is finally starting to look like a must-have console. As soon as Smash Bros. Wii U releases next year, there will be few reasons not to own the console.
