With Minecraft v1.3 gamers are going to see a lot of bugs fixes and new features. For those gamers who enjoy playing Minecraft online, they are going to notice a big difference with online stability and smoother gameplay. Other online experience enhancements include improvements to the chat box wille playing, making it easier to read and click on links, in addition to an overall improvement to the chat box interface. Users are now going to be able to merge over their single player games over to multi-player, which means you are going to be able to show off your single player world to your friends. However, you are only going to show it off with players on the same local network, so this really means you can now LAN it up on your single player world.
They are also adding emeralds to bring yet another way to show off your riches in Minecraft. On top of that in Patch v1.3 you are also getting a trading system which is going to be huge in Minecraft. You are going to be able to buy, sell and trade with villagers now in game. Another cool add-on is going to be the ability to write in books, which means you are going to be able to have stories scattered around in the Minecraft world. If you think you are an author, you are going to be able to write in it and leave it for users to read and see what they think. Alternatively, you could just leave notes around your house reminding you of important things to do, or just write anything silly, it’ll just be up to you. The dev team behind Minecraft is adding new terrain features and tripwire to add some stealth to your traps and contraptions. This is going to make tunnels and mazes that much more dangerous when off gathering your resources.
Users are also getting new stairs, half-slabs, cocoa plants and tweaked dispensers, leaves, cauldrons, levers, gravel, pressure plates, cookies, buckets, boats, mine carts, ice, and furnaces. One of the coolest add-ons is going to be that gamers are going to get magic orbs which are going to be used for mining and smelting. So with all these patches and add-ons coming to Minecraft on August 1st, gamers are going to be waiting up late to get their hands on this patch and get ready to explore the new features.
