How to Find Reliable GTA Online Heist Crew Members

In order to complete online heists in Grand Theft Auto Online, it is important to have a reliable crew. You can read about the importance of having good teammates for heists here.
However, this can become a difficult task unless you have a few experienced friends to play with. Matching up with random players is like a game of roulette, and you’ll often be paired with players without a microphone who won’t be able to strategize with the team.
A bulletin board-based website offers a great solution to this problem. GTA: Online LFH, which stands for “looking for heists,” allows crew leaders to recruit members on their console of choice.
Leaders can specify what type of player they’re looking for — mics only, just for fun, serious players — as well as at what point they are in a heist. Solo players can look at a leader’s gamertag/username to join in on the action.
These types of sites are becoming more necessary as games evolve into multiplayer experiences. It can be difficult to get a group of friends together at a particular time, and teaming up with random players often results in failure. In the future, I expect more developers and publishers to set up these types of sites.
