Alexandra Mangen / Nov 11th, 2013 No Comments
With the next-gen console releases right around the corner, it probably seems like Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/Festivus/whatever winter holiday Jedi celebrate, is coming early. As most gamers will be stocking up on games at console launch, it may be difficult to narrow down the perfect present for that gamer in your life. Don’t despair if you haven’t yet found the perfect gift for your special lil gamer. Nothing gets those inspiration juices flowing like a fun list complete with colorful pictures of gaming related gear from around the interweb.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag History Pack
Anyone who has played any of the Assassin’s Creed games knows that they are not only fun and entertaining (in a cold-blooded murdery sort of way); they are extremely educational. The in-game Animus is home to a database of helpful information about non-fictional people and places. This offering from Ubisoft includes an AC Encyclopedia, a hardcover Pirate History and a Black Flag themed journal where gamers can record their deepest secrets and diabolical plans. More information about the History Pack can be found here AC Black Flag History Pack.
N7 Tech Hoodie
The ending of Mass Effect 3 divided fans loyal to the franchise and sparked many heated debates. Maybe some awesome Mass Effect apparel can heal that rift and bring everyone back together. Just kidding, probably not, but, the N7 Mass Effect Tech Hoodie looks pretty stylish and comfortable. What does one have to do with the other? We don’t know but it’s available here N7 Tech Hoodie.
Halo III BR5 Scaled Battle Rifle Replica
Get ready to kick some Covenant booty…or not since this BR5 isn’t actually real. It is super cool though and would look right at home with any nerd’s collection of comic, gaming and television memorabilia. Also available are a scaled Covenant Carbine replica and an Energy Sword replica. Gamers can check out the UNSC standard rifle here BR5 Battle Rifle Replica.
Bioshock Infinite Devil’s Kiss Vigor Bottle
Irrational Games commissioned Murder of Crows Vigor bottles as promotional gifts to celebrate the release of Bioshock Infinite. Evidently, those were super successful because they commissioned Devil’s Kiss Vigor Bottles as well which are now for sale on their website. Only 500 of these red lovelies were made. Each one is hand numbered and available here Devil’s Kiss Vigor Bottle. Our only question, when is Irrational going to commission an Undertow Vigor Bottle?
GTAV Los Santos Sheriff Trucker Cap
Drive your big rig in style in the second piece of gaming apparel on this list. Those that have played through the antics of Trevor, Michael, Franklin and Trevor who deserves to be named twice because he is a craaazy dude, probably have no desire to join any type of law enforcement. With RockStar‘s Los Santos Sheriff Trucker Cap, gamers can pretend to be a part of a fictional law enforcement agency without being mercilessly gunned down during a fictional five-star rampage. Would be sheriffs can find gear here Los Santos Sheriff Cap.
Minecraft Creeper Plush Toy
[adsense250itp]Creeper is definitely an appropriate name for this plush, green offering. Though this verdant baddie from Minecraft looks like man parts, and will stare at you while you sleep according to Urban Dictionary, it looks squishy enough for bedtime cuddles. This would probably be a great gift for a small impressionable child or a new girlfriend and can be purchased here Creeper plush toy.
Stay tuned, we’ll be adding more gaming themed holiday wish lists as we roll into the holiday season. Any gaming toys, memorabilia, replicas, apparel, etc. you’ve come across that would be on your holiday wish list?
