GTA 5 Trailer Debuts

Rockstar released the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto 5 Wednesday. The latest trailer features a look into the lives of the game’s three main characters.
Last week, it was revealed GTA 5 will have three playable protagonists and the largest environment ever in a Rockstar title. The new trailer takes it a step further by providing a brief glimpse into the characters’ lives.
Each character has their own issues. Michael, who is an older character, is dealing with family issues while being pulled back into a life of crime. Trevor is extremely aggressive and appears to have some psychopathic behavior. Franklin has a penchant for stealing cars that his female friend does not seem to be too fond of. The boys all come together to pull off heists and deal with their problems in their own unique way.
Of course, the nearly two minute long video is also full of typical GTA events such as explosions, car chases and overall violence. Every type of transportation from sports cars and motorbikes to jets and trains is featured in the trailer. There is also an interesting bit with a dog showing the game may contain animals. All of this is set to the music of “Skeletons” by Stevie Wonder.
GTA 5 is set to release in Spring 2013 for current generation consoles. The trailer can be viewed below via the official YouTube account for Rockstar.
