Grand Theft Auto Online Updated For The Holidays

Grand Theft Auto Online (GTA Online) has been updated this week to stock its digital stores with limited-time, holiday items. Special holiday clothing and masks will be available in GTA Online stores until Jan. 5. Visitors to Los Santos on Christmas Day will also be treated to a rare sight on the West coast, snow.

For a limited time, gamers will find GTA Online’s stores stocked with all sorts of holiday goodies like Elf jackets, Snowman masks, Santa hats and other holiday-themed clothing, shoes, masks and accessories. GTA Online’s in-game camera App, Snapmatic, has also received an update. New photo filters, borders, a meme creator and a depth of field effect have been added to Snapmatic’s list of features. New Snapmatic features will be available to use in Story Mode as well as online and are permanent upgrades to the Snapmatic App.

In addition to new camera features and holiday goodies, select vehicles, clothing, apartments, and weapons are discounted in GTA stores. Gamers should look for the Tinsel Towers apartments, added for the holidays and 25% off until Jan. 5. Select items such as grenades, sticky bombs, winter hats, Yeti boots, musical vehicle horns and more, a detailed list can be found on Rockstar’s GTA Online website, are 50% off for a limited time.
