Gen 4 Pokemon Arrive in Pokemon Go

/ Oct 16th, 2018 No Comments

Pokemon Go Gen 4

Fourth-generation monsters have been added to Pokemon Go as of today, including Turtwig, Piplup and Chimchar. These Pokemon first appeared in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl in 2006.

You can check out a trailer for the fourth-generation Pokemon in Pokemon Go below.

According to a post on the game’s official site, Pokemon from the Sinnoh region will be rolled out in waves starting today. Gen Four creatures will be available to be caught in the wild, hatched from eggs and battled in raids, The Pokemon Company and Niantic said.

Additionally, the post promised updates on new features and “expansions to existing features like Pokemon storage” soon. Presumably, that means trainers should expect to get a Pokemon storage upgrade in order to account for all the newly available monsters.
