Elmo Boxi MP-350

Elmo USA launched the Boxi MP-350, the company’s first mobile HD video projector.

The portable LED video projector weighs just 1.1 pounds, making it the perfect device for users on the go. Packed with 300 lumens, it is designed to give HD performance to users who need to make presentations but still want to use it for entertainment purposes.

Images projected through the Boxi MP-350 will be bright and crisp up to 68 inches diagonally thanks to a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. The projector also packs a short-throw lens, which can project 50-inch images while only three feet away from the screen, and built-in WiFi. The device also features HDMI and RGB inputs as well as a USB port enabling owners to connect any flash drive or external hard drive.

Users will be able to switch from three different display modes, each enhancing the WXGA image for the specific task. Presentation mode will display clear text and graphics. The Cinema/Game mode automatically detects the best display for movies and games. Photo mode allows the projector to display the best reproduction of photos and other images. The Boxi MP-350 also lets users project up to four images at one time by separating the screen into four quadrants.

The Boxi MP-350 can connect to the most used electronic devices through the Boxi Play or Boxi Air apps. The Boxi Play app will allow users to connect through Windows or Mac while the Boxi Air app can establish a connection to iPhones, iPads and Android-based devices.

Gamers will be happy to hear audio come through the Boxi MP-350 courtesy of a built-in 1-watt speaker. The device also features a quiet design so not to disrupt the sound.

The Boxi MP-350 is available now at Wynit Distrbuting and other retail outlets at a suggested price of $659. A case that can be converted to a stand is included.
