Santa is kicking ass and taking names.

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is by singing loud for all to hear…or kicking some butt in Christmas themed gear available now for Dead or Alive 5. Team Ninja is adding Santa suits for each fighter through six brawler-specific bundles.

Some of the characters appeared to have made the naughty list this year while others are not getting coal in their stocking.

Available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, each spirited selection will cost 240 Microsoft Points or $2.99. Gamers can also purchase two larger packs for 640 Microsoft Points or $7.99 to see more festive fighters. A list of the Christmas gear for Dead or Alive 5 and the characters who will be suited up in each pack is detailed below:

Nice Girls ($2.99/240 Microsoft Points) – Kasumi, Hitomi and Leifang

Naughty Girls ($2.99/240 Microsoft Points) – Ayane, Christie and Tina

Lil Santas ($2.99/240 Microsoft Points) – Hayabusa, Jann Lee, Bayman, Bass, Hayate and Akira

Dead or Alive 5 released in September for Xbox 360 and PS3 and has received with positive reviews. Chance Asue gave the game an 86 percent score in his review for Gaming Illustrated. A steady stream of bonus content in the form of costume packs has released since October. The Christmas themed costume set completes the latest round of bonus costumes and no additional DLC has been announced.
