Actvision and Sledgehammer Games announced the Call of Duty: WW2 beta dates for players wanting to try out the game’s multiplayer before release.
Information on what the beta will contain has not been made available but will be revealed at a later date. There is also no word on whether or not PC players will have a chance to participate in a beta period.
PS4 players have exclusive access to the first available beta weekend for Call of Duty: WW2. The beta officially kicks off on Friday, Aug. 25 at 10am PT and concludes on Monday, Aug. 28 at 10am PT.
Xbox One players will finally have their opportunity to try out the beta with PS4 players the following week. The second beta period begins Friday, Sept. 1 at 10am PT. The beta concludes for all players on Monday, Sept. 4 at 10am PT.
Pre-ordering Call of Duty: WW2 is the only way to access the beta. Those who digital pre-order the game will be notified automatically. Pre-ordering from a retailer will grant you a code that must be entered on the game’s official website to receive a beta key. Activision has not announced if there will be a public beta period open for those who did not pre-order the game.
Call of Duty: WW2 releases on Nov. 3 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
