Borderlands 2 will get the Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep downloadable content pack on June 25, Gearbox Software confirmed.

A tweet from Gearbox writer Anthony Burch prematurely outed the fourth and final DLC for the first-person shooter before it was officially confirmed by the company.

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep will release on PlayStation 3 and PC at a price of $9.99 and on Xbox 360 for 800 Microsoft Points. As usual, the DLC will be available at no charge to owners of the Borderlands 2 Season Pass.

The DLC revolves around Bunkers & Badasses, a tabletop role-playing game similar to Dungeons & Dragons. Tiny Tina serves as dungeon master and narrator of the DLC as she plays the tabletop game with familiar characters Brick, Mordecai and Lilith.

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep is the largest of the bonus packs for Borderlands 2. Previous DLC packs for the game include Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty, Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage and Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt.

The character Tiny Tina was involved in a bit of controversy earlier this year when some players argued with Burch via Twitter over the virtual tween’s possible stereotypical representation.

Borderlands 2 released in September last year. The game received an excellent review from Kalvin Martinez and was voted the first-person shooter of the year by Gaming Illustrated staff.
