Assassin’s Creed 3 Pre-Order Bonuses Detailed

The release of Assassin’s Creed 3 is just around the corner but it is not too late to cash in on some pre-order bonus deals. Various in-game content and collectible items are available to gamers who pre-order the game for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC through different retail outlets.

Players who pre-order the game via GameStop will receive an exclusive single-player mission entitled Lost Mayan Ruins. The Sawtooth Sword will also be available to GameStop customers.

Best Buy is offering the single-player mission, Ghost of War, to customers who pre-order Assassin’s Creed 3. The exclusive weapon the retailer is offering is Obwandiyag’s War Club. In addition to these, players receive a crafting blueprint for an upgraded naval convoy. This enables gamers to trade more with overseas merchants.

[adsense250itp]Pre-orders from Amazon will give gamers the Boarding Axe weapon. The Captain of the Aquila single-player character is also exclusive to players who pre-order through the online retailer.

Walmart customers and players who pre-order the downloadable PC version of the game from UbiShop get the same bonuses. Pre-orders include the single-player mission A Dangerous Secret and the Flintlock Musket weapon.

The Colonial Assassin single-player character, Redcoat multiplayer character and Scottish Flintlock weapon are given to players who pre-order the game via Target.

All pre-orders from Best Buy, Amazon and GameStop will net players a collectible steelbook with art drawn by award-winning comic book artist Alex Ross.

The Assassin’s Creed 3 Limited Edition Bundle for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will be available for $119.99 in North America and Latin America. In addition to the game, purchasers will receive an embroidered 28″ x 48″ Revolutionary War-era flag inspired by the game. It will also include a belt buckle and 9.5″ statue of main character Connor. It is only available through GameStop, Amazon, Best Buy, Target and Walmart.

A Digital Deluxe Edition for Windows PC will include a greatest hits soundtrack featuring music from the entire Assassin’s Creed series and George Washington’s notebook, which exposes the truth behind his plans for the American Revolution. In-game extras include three single-player missions, Sharpshooter and Redcoat multiplayer characters, uniforms and the Flintlock Pistol. It is available for $64.99 exclusively through the UbiShop.

Assassin’s Creed 3 is set to release on Oct. 30 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The PC is expected to arrive on Nov. 20.
